Pre-Order Information
Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will be dispatched once our next shipment arrives.
We currently expect to begin dispatching pre-orders around 15 November 2026. Please note that this is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, shipping or customs delays.
If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch date, we will notify you by email.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Standard delivery times will apply from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
International Orders
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, additional VAT, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are working towards introducing international fulfilment centres to reduce shipping costs and minimise additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund.
Once your order has been dispatched, our standard returns and refund policy will apply. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
